Renegade, simply beacuse it has direct characters. In TD and everything else there really arent "people" people.

Tiberian Sun has direct characters too. Their names I don't know right off the bat -- but they're characters that make quite a lot of appearences.

I would say Red Alert too, just because it was really the start of the CNC timeline. (Even though it wasn't first) Other then that, I think that Renegade would be good.

Red Alert 2 would make the worst movie imaginable.
The thing about Red Alert 2 is, for a game (or potential movie) you need some really evil bad guys. Kane = evil. Stalin = evil. The Soviet Generals in RA2 were just made to look like idiots, though Yuri has some potential otherwise
