How do you do it using that image? perhaps copy the exact colour used on the cardboard and use it to 'rub out' the text?
then I suppose you write in your text as normal, on top of the cardboard and rotate it some degrees clockwise to make it look like it's coming off of the face...yeah I know. sorry.

You do it at a site and type in what you want it to say, then it automatically does it for you.

Thats so damn old. You don't even need to edit it. There wa a website somewhere where you could just type a message in, and through the magic of PHP, it would appear on the card.
