Besides, I suggest replacing the tables with style sheets. Just look at my site for an example.

I dont see how my design is so bad. What you have is very similar, i guess its just one's own taste.
EDIT: and oh man you have to use your old avatar, that's just all sorts of wrong.

Ok, they prolly dont need to upgrade, IE sucks, FF,. Netscape, and Opera rock, I can't wait till IE just goes out, you wont tell me about having to upgrade, your coding sucks compared to even the simplest things Ive desgined, you even took the suckers way out with iframes.

There is nothing wrong with an iframe. I can do the old fashion way of using frames, but who would want to?

Yeah i agree, but with the iframe it has a cool floatnig effect. Ill make a new site, take some time...it will be good, you'll see.

It's not about tastes. The html part of the site should be only content. Style sheets are meant for presentation.

It's even complaining about the Flash Generated, embeded code.

I have an up to date browser. I'm running mozilla firefox on Fedora.
w3 are standards set so that your HTML will show up properly on all browsers. I know its a pain in the ass to look at and think how much work has to be redone because I was introduced to standards a year ago and I was pissed. I guess I had a good reason though seeing as how I didn't have page headers or footers setup yet so I had to manually edit just under a hundred pages....

Seeing as we have 3 professional designers and 2 illustrators and of course 1 head developer, i think that our designs would leave you guys for dead.
BUT, i'm not even going to try to argue because we currently have over 200 jobs so we couldn't even fit you in, lol.

Exactly when do you consider someone a pro at designing? I don't think there is such a thing, you can always expand yourself and get better, saying someone is a pro to me just means they do it for a living, something that you can say "We have pro's" because guess what, we could have people just as good but they can't get the name pro simiply because of age.
