I would imagine it's only the strings.tdb file making you have no text, maybe, i'm not sure though.

Allright so how do I get rid of the RegKey's?

Start > Run > regedit.exe

Navigate to the following path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Westwood\Renegade

Delete everything under that key, you shouldn't have to, but you could delete the WOLapi and WOLbrowser key folders too.
