I'm not of a skill level in equality with the author of this site to argue his point, so I suppose I must concede.

What I would like to know is, if these documents are apparently false, then why did so many people come out saying they were false because of Superscript, which is obviously not the case?

Oh, and my dad thinks that if these documents were indeed fakes, chances are Karl Rove planted them. Because Karl Rove really is that tricky.

Next time, please, just summarize sites like this. Stuff like this is really too long to read in a timely manner.

"To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." -- Theodore Roosevelt (1918)

"The danger to political dissent is acute where the Government attempts to act under so vague a concept as the power to protect "domestic security." Given the difficulty of defining the domestic security interest, the danger of abuse in acting to protect that interest becomes apparent. --U.S. Supreme Court decision (407 U.S. 297 (1972)

cow, I spend 4-5 hours a week making independent films with my friends solely intent on being "funny."

Saying I never laugh is a bit of a misunderestimation.

But let's stop poking fun [pun intended] at our personal lives.

Its not an insult if its true.

He's always saying "Let me go ask dad" "Well, my dad said" "well dad this dad that blah blah blah. And everytime he comes back from talking with "dad" with some stupid comment.

His views are all his dads, he never sat down once i think and thought about how stupid they are.

So my comment stands.

cowmisfit, only on rare occasions do I ever have a word with my dad, that's on IRC, and it's when I'm talking to someone actually capable of thought-provoking ideas, namely Crimson and about 1-2 other people. No, not you.

gbull - Karl Rove once planted a spy microphone in his own office and then "discovered" it and claled the police, trying to get his opponent in trouble. In one of the few cases of his career, got caught red-handed and lost his candidate's election.

It can be interpreted as insulting. In this case its insulting anyway you look at it because its your opinion. Moron, brought up to be a faliure, and normal minded......You have your own definitions for each of those.

I'm hijacking another thread! Yay!

Your dad needs to come to terms with reality; I see where you get your blind, intense hatred for George W. Bush and his administration.

You just can't accept the fact a Democrat forged those documents in an effort to hurt George W. Bush's record, can you?

I'm sure his father isn't a moron; he just has a serious lack of common sense (as most Democrats seem to have).

Tell me, hydra, what would you have me do in this position? I could no longer defend my case, so I yielded the high ground. Isn't that exactly what you claim I'm incapable of doing, seeing another person's standpoint?

And hydra, what reason is there to believe that a Democrat forged these documents over Karl Rove? Let me tell you my point of view. Rove actually has a track record of doing things like this. Like the time he put a bug in his own office and called the police, trying to blame the other candidate.

Because that's what actually happened!!!
A man in Texas forged the documents and passed them off to CBS in an effort to hurt George W. Bush's reputation (I can't remember his name right now). If I remember correctly, he even confessed to forging the documents!!

Karl Rove had nothing to do with it no matter how much you want to believe he did. It's the truth; accept it, tool.

Hee hee.

I actually think that passage of the Star Spangled Banner symbolizes how America will recover no matter what economic horrors George Bush wreaks upon it.
