Errrrrrm, any one have a 'bot' for IRC that will kick banned peoples's IP's when they rejoin with a dif name

Example: monkey22 joined the game fighting for team Aliies

monkey gets banned by fatbob for being a n00b

trenty22 rejoins with the same IP as monkey, and the IRC bot checks the IP and rebans the IP.

Any one gave anything like that? plse tell me
