Birthdate
Draft Birthdays
As you can see, Bush was was born on July 6th. When you input his birthday into the Draft generator is comes up with the number 327. It states clearly that...
Quote: | If your number is lower than 196, you would have been drafted
|
His number was not lower than 196 so he would NOT have been drafted.
So this means Bush is not a draft dodger since he would not have been drafted. So by joining the Texas Air National Guard he did more military service than he would have had to if he sat at home and did nothing.

Ridiculous. The lottery draft was started Dec 1, 1969. Bush dodged the
draft by joining the guard in May 1968. He dodged the draft BEFORE THE
LOTTERY STARTED.
When they use false scams like this, it shows how desperate the situation really is for them. If they were right, they wouldn't need to be lying, now, would they?
EDIT: Grammatical Errors.
"To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." -- Theodore Roosevelt (1918)
"The danger to political dissent is acute where the Government attempts to act under so vague a concept as the power to protect "domestic security." Given the difficulty of defining the domestic security interest, the danger of abuse in acting to protect that interest becomes apparent. --U.S. Supreme Court decision (407 U.S. 297 (1972)

How did he dodge the draft if he was never going to be drafted?
Same with Clinton, he did not need to run off to Canada because his Birthday came up after 196 also.
So while Clinton was in Canada and Kerry was in Vietnam, Bush was volunteering for Vietnam in the Texas Air National Guard.
BTW, by that logic he 'dodged' the Draft before the lottery/draft was even announced.
Besides, out of the 600k+ American in Vietnam only 61k were Drafted.

If the Republican party or the Bush campaign was bringing this up, maybe... but it's just Nodbugger and he doesn't speak on anyone's behalf but his own.

Ah, yes, the odd grammatical error that I missed. But still, Noddo, if all you can come up with is that Bush wouldn't have been drafted, it means nothing. He joined the guard before the lottery was even around, playing it safe so that he wouldn't have to go to Vietnam, because we all know that Americans need to protect the rich ones.
Nodbugger | protesters that I see places, they have little sayings on their signs, but none of them are true.
