Ehh im working on finishing up a few things but i need to work on sound, does anyone have any idea what the best programs are that are free Confused

WavePad is free, but very basic.

I use windows sound recorder, its extremley baisic but simple to use

Oooo MeLikes the animation. Anyway, I think it depends on what you want to use it for. If you want to mix music, then you'll need different software than if you want to add effects and mess around with it.
