that tcp socket bind thing is related to a port that is being used by another process.

Check what ports are bieng used, seems to me that some application is using the same port as the port that is running the ssc.

That was my problem. the SSC and BR.net were trying to use the same port. try using a diferent port in the SSC. it works fine now. So every time I turned around it was crashing. understandable due to port collisions.
