The nominations are in, here are your choices. Vote above.

Dante
NO ONE
I include the last option so you can decline to vote and still see the results. But if "NO ONE" wins, then no one wins.
Please vote for the person you feel is best qualified and will do the best job, even if you don't think the "popular" vote will swing that way. The second place winner might also get moderator status.
When you vote, consider that person's ability to act without bias, to be here often, and to help LEAD this forum, not just keep it clean.
The poll is set for 3 days. Some time on Monday, I will take the results of the poll and set up the winner.

I hope YSLMuffins gets it, she seems to have the right frame of mind.
It would also be nice if those who are in the poll don't vote, or vote for somebody else, not themselves.
Aircraftkiller | That's irrelevant to this thread.
Common fallacies of logic and rhetoric:
Ad hominem - attacking the arguer and not the argument.

htmlgod | It is 6:47 PM where I live now. I checked this forum at exactly 6:20 PM (47 minutes ago) and scumfy had 4 votes. Now he has 15 and there are a bunch of new registrants at the forums with similar sounding names.
.... Any comments?
|
Well sure! Ask crimson to check the ips, they should all be different people...If they aren't, don't blame me. Some people also had problems with the activation e-mail thing, and I think crimson had to do one manually or something. Believe me, I'm not about to have people intentionally mess up the results, I'm above that.

Yeah, 213.107.105.13 registered at least 3 accounts and submitted 3 votes for Scrumfy... INTERESTING...
Of course even with these signs of obvious fraudulent voting, if I disqualify those votes I'll be accused of "rigging the vote".

htmlgod | I don't know about you, but I tend to think that our forums should not be moderated by someone selected by a bunch of people who joined just so that they could vote for the individual. That kind of defeats the purpose of allowing our members to choose a moderator.
|
I would be inclined to agree, except that these folks frequent these forums (they ARE the official ren ones) but, as you can see above, may not want to post or whatnot. It doesn't change the fact that they can still vouch for my credibility and moderation ability, as most come from bc's forums.

Then "lolyayiwin" posts with 210.86.119.something instead of his registration IP. You guys are pathetic and ridiculous.

so what your saying is...
i can make a script to register & vote for me, totalling over 1000 votes in mere minutes only because i have a domain, and can quite interestingly use as many unique emails as my mind can come up with...

Take the questionable ones away, I've had nothing to do with them. Don't judge us by two(?) people who either made a mistake or wanted to intentionally mess the voting up...I didn't ask for it.
