Every time I start setup the video at the beginning is very choppy. After that setup starts and there is this horendous weird noise and then sound is lost and video proceeds but as soon as you get to the option of next or cancel it freezes and takes about 10 seconds for the mouse to move at all and once in a while the noise is back during this time. In general windows, audio works fine and video is good. I have all the latest drivers for audio and video. I am having a few other problems with streaming video and audio from cd (at the same time) like in RA2, but setup works fine in that and so does gameplay.

128Mb sdram
ati radeon 7500 pci 64mb
windows 2000 pro SP3
