Im having the thought that someone is getting in to the servers somehow...because i just looked in my RenegadeFDS folder > Server, and i see files missing...like the server.ini files and all....also i right click on the dedicated server icon on the desktop and the target isnt the .exe file its....C:\westwood\renegadefds\install.log. and another weird thing is that there is 2 sets of renegadeserver icons in the server folder.....am i just seeing things and retarded...or what?

So it is normal for the .ini files and some others to not be in the folder anymore?

Man I'm moving back to gamespy... this is some gay crap.
This some german/euro dude guy going this, its some WOL sucks possie that is causing all the problems.
While 10-12 maps in rotation this really isn't an issue... but when you get to 66+ maps this is hell.
I know this because even Generals and RA2 are having some problems...argh all you people just move to gamespy plz...or xwiz or something wol is getting to be a real pain.

solution:
If you are running a win OS, most likely Win XP for your FDS Server, then try to update the frameworks that microsoft released.....it seems to work now with no crashes!
