Most of what are considered the "good" Generals mods havent been released yet. TrueWar2, Call To Arms, Energy are all yet to be released and most Total Conversions arent finished. Prehaps the poll will read a little differently once they are released.

Still have to ask the question why is RenAlert even in the Poll, i thought it was a separate game, not a mod...Go Figure. Laughing

I didn't make the poll, for starters. Planetcnc.com did.

Second, the poll question says "There's been a huge pack of mods released in the last few weeks. Which one are YOU currently playing?" This rules out Reborn, because it was released about nine months ago. Not within the last few weeks.

it has been updated in the past few weeks but that doesnt count as a mod release

That poll isn't really valid. It doesn't represent the average person who visits pcnc because Ack told everyone on the RenAlert forums to go vote for RenAlert. This means that a huge flock of people who might not normally have voted, went over to cast their vote for RenAlert. Granted, RenAlert most likely would have won anyway, but not by that kind of a landslide.

The entire point of it was to vote for what you are playing. 98% of the people who visit my forum play the game, and thus will vote for RA.

It's completely accurate. If people don't care enough to vote for Generals garbage, then that sounds like a personal problem to me.

Why are you sure of this? Is there ANY evidence at ALL that you have that can point to this conclusion?

The poll is biased. Period. Aircraftkiller, your reason for saying it's completely acurate is logically flawed. How do you figure that people "don't care enough"? It's much more likely that people supporting other mods on the poll didn't know about the poll. Of course, you made sure that didn't happen for RenAlert by advertising it and commanding all your loyal sheep over there to go and vote.

You obviously miss the point of the poll, it's not about fairness, or about your bullshit comments about why you dislike me... It's about what you're playing, and obviously over 300 people voted for RA because that's what they're playing.

I am. But you aren't. You shouldn't, and nor should anyone else. The poll is retarded because you caused it to be biased. I care little for the poll; that is correct. But I what I do "care" for is people being misguided and thinking that RenAlert is the only thing out there C&C related that's worth playing.

I hope you realize that we were at 45% and above before I posted anything about the poll. I never caused it to be biased, either. I do not control the actions of anyone but myself. If people choose to vote for something, they'll do it. Whining about it is pointless because the entire reason the poll is up is to find out who is playing what, and if the RA players vote, it gives an accurate statistic as to who plays RA compared to the laziness or lack of players in Generals' community.

No one is misguided by thinking RA is the only thing worth playing. Some might say you're misguided for even believing that people think that, or that you're on some kind of crusade that might change someone's mind about what they believe. You're wasting your time...

Well, i have made a really popular zero hour mod. over 3000 downloads. but my mod went down the craper when the total conversion mods came in.

I personaly think this topic was only made to brag about ren alert. The mod is good but you shouldnt be an asshole taking advantage of the less fortunate.
