If you installed them correctly they should work. First, uninstall them. Go to your control panel, add/remove programs and find Westwood Shared Internet Components. Uninstall.
Re-insert your installation disk, Go to My Computer, right click the drive which the CD is in (should have a Renegade icon on it), choose open, and run a file called setup. Give it a little time to open.
On the setup once you've re-entered your CD key, you have the option to install only the internet components. Do that.
