I dont get how to use this, I copied the files into the rite spot but than in the readme it say's ""to use the converter, press the "import a w3d file" button."" Wheres that?

just go to Customize>Customize User Interface and find "Import a w3d' and assign a hotkey that isn't already used. I use Ctrl+Shift+I.
