or you can look in campaign.ini, it will tell you there, if you can't get ahold of him...

loadscreen_cnc_4.dds
The displayed text can be editet in the strings.tdb

There are a set of .dds files for the load screen in the always.dat. They all have the "loadscreen" prefix. I think you can figure out what to do from there.
