U can make a Level with level edit using Hieghtfield to make terrain, but you wont have any "Official buildings" without useing RenX/GMAX to export them to LevelEdit. in the Preset tree there is one or two buildings in the tile section like a Prison Shack. LevelEdit is more geared to the Game Engine controls you want to add to the RenX/GMAX terrain you make. Although it is possible to make quick Deathmatch Levels in LevelEdit.
