yes - it is possible.

your recoil animation is attached to the muzzle bone - when you fire - it does it thing.

I am assuming you want the scud to go away when you fire? -- same concept as above - hide the bone linking the animation - the animation will be hidden.

there are some tutorials around - and i know there is info in the RenHelp file - click on the link in my sig for the renevo forums - then modding - then renhelp link.
