I'm with Ack on this one. He was going to release a map with the mutant lab in it, and has said many times he would share things with people who would give him credit. But people made blatant statements saying they were going to steal the models and put them in their own maps and claim them as their own, so he decided not to release it.
It's sad that "a few bad apples have to ruin the whole bunch", but Ack cannot be blamed for protecting something that is his. Before people reply and say "yeah but he blah blah blah" Im talking about this incident/model only. I have no interest in debating his popularity, or peoples past/other issues with him.
