Has anyone take a buggy or a humvee and just start being a taxi cab servces. I know it sounds dumb buts its fun and can be extrememly help full to move people to and from base.

Why?? i just think there big ****s. Once i took this empty flamer, and the owner ran after it telling me to get out. So i get out and he gets in. I get in after him to get a ride and he tells me to get out? Why the **** does he have to be a **** like that.

im just mad about tank stealers..... and more if.... after they steal my tank, i see them buying their own tank hehe, sometimes i like to think, that they are newbies, that dont know that they must purchase a tank, that the factory is not a place in wich tanks will appear in random ways...
but after thinking that yesterday and seen the guy buying hes own... i told to myself, that's it, and my campaing was to destroy him
i dont care if more people gets in my tank or apc or what ever
if you decide to kick out people.... then you are not team with then at all...
when someone gets in and he is my gunner, i hitF3 and tell them that im going to rush the enemy base, that i need him to shoot certain structure........ and that's it

gunners are a great thing if there not newbies, especially to nods. with a light tank, you could have the drivers always moving the tank and the gunner taking out something without to much damage. But doing that my your self is alot harder. I think people should use this with the nods light tanks but they dont. they just stand there shooting.

Gunner? I am only aware of tanks using a single crewman to drive and gun; any second person being a passenger and not a shooter. o_O??

I get ****ed when I buy a tank, and even though they cant take it yet, there are about 3 or 4 people just mooching around it trying to get in. GET YOUR OWN **** TANK!!!

that is a server thingy. Theres a chose for "driver is always gunner" and most servers have that on.

the only time that the "drive is gunner lock" is off is when in a clan match, because you usually can 'trust' your clan members. It's good to have a fast connection person handling the gun as well. [ February 23, 2002: Message edited by: generalfox ]

I really dislike having the option on where the passenger is the gunner. It is more co-ordinated when I know where I'm going and who I'm shooting, and usually when someone else is my gunner or I'm someone elses gunner we die much faster than if it were just me in the vehicle.

Obviously your name speaks for state of mind. Do you realize how long it takes for ordinary infantry to WALK out into the battlefield. These are people that just want to hitch a ride. Whenever I get buy vehicle I always look around to see if there's people looking for a lift. If you forgot it's a 'TEAMGAME' and helping to quickly field out friendly units actually HELP your team. However it's perfectly understandable a person of your intellengence gets so frustrated at the obvious motives of your teammates. Some people just don't understand how to work as a team. Why bother playing the game anyway?

I taxi people around and for pubs I like 'driver is always gunner'. In pubs I myself hop in just to get a ride. In clan games rides are organized, I think.
