hello there. i'm stuck on later level. the previous one was escorting Mobius out from enprisonment. now i have a next mission, i have to destroy whole base. i have disabled tiberium refinery there, obelisk etc. but in the end i have to place ion cannon beacon in front of the base.
problem is - i don't have that beacon. i had that in one of the previous levels, but it disappeared in one moment. so, where do i find the new one?

After you take out the Nod Communications Center, a beacon will be airdropped right outside the Temple of Nod. Just head back towards it and you'll see it right outside, like Rswar said.

Right after blowing up the power plant, the laser lights go off in front of the Nod building and the beacon is airdropped there, HOWEVER, I reached this point and discovered that the next mission is mass confusion ... I need help now myself! How do I rescue Sydney when I'm almost out of ammo (which is why I think cheats in some cases are good, otherwise it's too frustrating)I have tried saves several times but I just can't seem to get there!

first of all you don't actually place the beacon, i just destroyed the stealths and drove my mammoth toward the temple once you get past the spiles in the ground, it cuts to video and the mission is over
as for the next mission, RUN!!!
go toward the bottom level down the hallway to the museum room
kill those in the room and in the hallway from the hallway destroy the ceiling cameras
if you have decent health, save it there
go to the back of the room and sneak around the corner killing blk hand from across the room with pistol if you have sniper still kill the 2 templars with it then sneak around the corner and kill other templars with sniper if possible or with laser
once lower room is clear, save again wait for health and armor to keep appearing, keep getting it(reappears in same spot over and over) then start exploring rooms. at this point, the main chaos is over for the mission, just keep killing and exploring and saving
