Get some guy to plant about 10 charges of remote c4 on you. Then get someone in a really fast vehicle to dump you near a facility. Run in side and yell! KABOOM! Then the technician detonates it while you are near the master terminal and you blow up the building. Waiting for strikes takes too long...it's harder to disarm remote c4 on a moving target.
