Ok, I've got all my little friends to the cathedral and have gotten rid of all the black hand, but it still shows on my mision thing on the bottom right corner there is one left. I go to the spot which is in the cathedral where you first start against the black hand. I've pushed "e" and nothing happens. There are no more black hand either. Is this a glitch on my disk?

I think the guy you talk about retreating into a room is Mendoza. He appeared at least 4 times in that mission but the mission (The grip of Black Hand)after Deadly Reunion you will get to kill him.
