I'm on the nission where you have to Distroy the base, and then the temple.

But all i need to do is get the ion cannon and distroy the temple, but where the f#*k

is it?

Destroy the base (the Power Plant and Communications center are crucial; you must destroy them). After you destroy the Power Plant, the laser fence around the temple disappears. After you destroy the Com center, a Ion cannon beacon will be dropped in front of the temple. Walk to the front entrance and pick up the beacon. That's it, mission over.
