For those of you stuck on the ship mission, all questions are answered here.
The order you should complete the objectives is. Follow this carefully. Some people could not find the captain is due to the bug that you aquired the red card before the yellow card. If you follow this you will be complete the mission in no time.
1. Sabatage the SAM missiles.
2. Sabatage the Engine.
3. Go to the tiberium room there is an elevator that go up to the deck then find a officer with the green card. First go to the side of the ship and you will see stairs. He should be around that area.
4. Kill the First mate to get the yellow card. He is located in the green doors. Just go up once you got the green card and you will meet him.
5. Go back to the sub and then go through the yellow door. Do not attempt to go through the yellow door if you do not have the yellow card or the mission will not end.
6. Sabatage the Torps
7. Kill the captain to get the Red card.
The captain is at the bridge. If you sabatage the Torp first then keep going the stair wall you will find him.
8. Destory the chopper.
9. Kill all the Nod that you can find on the ship.
10. Rescue the prisoners
11. Protect the prisoners there will be Nod officers spawn close to the sub.

I've an other problem on the SHIP. I hope you can help me out also. I can't find the First Made anywhere. I've played the level for so many times now, it's driving me crazy. Can you please tell me where this First Made is. I've searched every level on board but I can't find him.

Go up the tiberium room to the secong level there is another evelvator that goes to the desk. Mostly people did not notice that evelvator. When you are on the deck go the the side of the ship and you should see stairs there. There is doors with green key card and you can pick the card around there. Go through the green door and go up the stairs you will find the first mate(Not MADE) there.

For ppl Who Cant Find Mate!!!!! Go To Engine Room Where YOu Sabtoage It And Go As Far up As You Can In THat Room Not Prisoner place.Then Around there Will Be A Door Follow It And There Will Be A Monster Break out Of Something.Kill It And Walk on.THen When You Enter This Other Room You Hear Ppl Talking.Kill Them Then In That Room There Is In Elevator.But Its Not Done So You Gotta Stand By It.Go Up It And Youll Be In Another Place Theres Another Elevator.That Should Leed You To The Ship Deck. There 2 pll There Watchout.Then Keep Going Forward On Anyside Of Ship And There A Door(Its A Open Wall).Go Inside And Travel Through there And FInd Your Way Up To Mate. Its A Long One But It Would Suretenly Help Me If i Didnt Know What To Do. Hopefully It Help Thx  P.S. In Tactics Where it Say Single pLayer Help.I Got A Forum For ME Helping For Help In A Level.just Asking if You Could help.
Ask Me To Beat A Level If Its Too hard.Not The Last 2 Ones Though.
