Keep the mammoth alive and shell the obelisk from the outside, it takes about 4 shots from the cannons and the obelisk is down. As for the power plant you can't just shell it with the mammoth since they've got a construction yard in a different location. Drive the mammoth next to the obelisk and u should see a hallway to the left, go in there and kill all the officers and rocket guys on the top of the walls and keep going right. You'll find an opening from the ruins where a ufo carshed and u should see the Airstrip, CYard and a couple of turrets and silos. Do what havoc does best and blow em all up, u get a humvee if u kill all the turrets. After the con yard is destroyed then go up the ramp and destroy the turrets and get abck to your mammoth. NOW u can shell the comm centre and the plant!! Another thing there is a black hand sniper on the roof of the comm centre with a ramjet, when u kill him he drops his rifle but I can't get on to taht part of the roof. Anyone know how?
