On the Tomorrow's Technology Today mission you should see a black hand sniper on the roof of the comm centre, shoot him with ure mammoth if u kept it alive or yourself and go round to the back of the comm centre till u find a lift going up to the roof. Go round the roof edge VERY slowly until u get to the antenna of the comm centre. Now wait till the dish is on the opposite side of where ure standing and jump over the antenna aerial. Now you should be able to see the ramjet. For this next bit there is a way to increase the height of your jump. Plant some C4 on the edge of the roof and back up a bit as you jump detonate the C4 and u should be able to make it, the C4 takes about 50 health off so be sure ure fit. If you did it right then grab the ramjet and drop off the roof and voila u have the ramjet rifle, even though uve only got 4 rounds have fun with it!! Happy Ramjet Sniping

Then once you've entered a PT terminal, hold down your left ALT button, and click on either the character button or the vehicles button (while holding down the ALT).

And voila!

You should have the extra skins at your disposal!
