Got something to share with you folks. I was playing City the other day in NOD when i chance upon a discovery!!!

Using the enemy GDI's harvester as a shield!

This is how it works, firstly of course buy a stealth blackhand and a nuke. Be nice and quiet and wait for the enemy harvester to return to base. You would have notice that the harvester actually "hugs" the wall of the game boundry and you can actually walk with the harvester into their base using it as a shield against the godd**** gun tower.

The **** gun would still fire at you as it can still sense it but with luck and care the guns would not take away much health. When the harvester reaches the refinery it will reverse and dump the tiberium. So be careful not to be run over by the harvester!
Follow the **** harvester in and plant the nuke...heh heh...
