I am playing the level 'Stomping on holy ground'. I have level 1 and level 2 access but I don't seem to be able to find level 3 access. It seems like I have killed everybody but not a third card has appeared yet.

uhm the 1st level acces card is in kane's room, so you already picked that one up.
I forgot where the second one was but since you got that one that doesnt matter.
You get the third one once you have destroyed petrova.You can reach petrova by lookking for ways to go down and then you see a hole in the ground and.....oh well i shouldnt spoil it entirely for you  .
