Im stuck on the town mission, when u have to infiltrate raveshaws mantion, i have to sniper some nod engineers who are building an obelisk. When i open fire an apache attack chopper comes racing in from somwhere and i CANNOT hit that **** thing, should i just leave that objective and carry and finding my team?

i tried to do that about five times, I couldnt stay out of the way of the chopper and get the engies, so I carried on.
The only difference it made was that I didnt complete that particular objective....

One tactic is to select the sniper rifle and stand in the back of the room by the exit -- by the couch. Far enough so you can see the engies running up the ramp -- then you can pick them off one by one.
time is critcal -- if you pick them off fast - the chopper arrives to late.Keep the wall between you and the nod buggy - that way it cant hit you. When i played it - the chopper went to the left and hovered over the building - i then took it out with the flamethrower. Your milage may vary :>

Yup - I used that strategy and it worked. Pick off the rocket soldier on the right first then back up to doorway on right side and hit engies on left before they get to the obbie and on the left after. Don't forget the nod officer who comes up the steps! Whack him and get back to business.
