Get an orca or whatever side you are on,
1. NOD. get the helicopter and get onto
the hand of NOD and start sniping
2. GDI. get the orca and fly upon the AGT and etcetras dittandat wtf ..........

Somehow I doubt it will be possible to get on the actual hand of the "Hand of Nod" or the AGT or the one place on tops of the refinery or the smoke stack in the PP. That would be too cheap to place beacons.
