Cause they appear RANDOMLY!!!!! Some people got stars when having like 2 kills and 36 points. Plus, when you check your rankings, there is no mention about stars... Third, have you noticed that once the score board appears, you are the only one with a star, no mather your score, and it takes about 1 sec for the other stars to appear??? And about Christine comment, it happends often, she said, but not always! and to add something, it may not be the new players who get the star, cause it's a simple bug. It's random.... and it's worthless. The star is supposed to allow you to quickly take a look at your score without having to look for your name in the board.... nothing more, nothing less....
