Run behind the obelisk so it cant hit you. In SP it cant fire behind itself if you get in close. Run at it from behind it will start to charge, but you will make it in. I got my mammoth stuck between two walls. [ April 09, 2002: Message edited by: ArmorAce.. ]

There is an MRLS that they transport in and allow you to use if you meet certain criteria. On my first time through with that mission I got the MRLS, but then proceeded to get overrun by NOD infantry. I lost the Mammoth previously (didn't protect it well enough), and thus had to reload the autosave for the level. On my second time through, I never got the MRLS, but saved the Mammoth earlier and just used that to take the Obelisk of Light out.

ok one, you can either avoid it completely by making it around to the far gate, i have no idea how u ppl got the mamoth in there, there are rocks in the way for me....regardless you should get a mrl after opening gate and destroying the obelisk. i used the run up behind strategy after sneaking through the rocks.

Just blow the **** thing up with the mammoth tank and be done with it. Incidentally for some unknown reason the mammoth tank can't get past a rock that is halve as big as Havoc, you think it could go over it or crush it but no!! it has to get stuck between to of them and scare the **** out of me, I only got out of it by using the recole of the 120mm.
