I'll have to remember that when I start teaching. I've always believed in my 34 years that helping people understand is far better than bashing them. QB]
So as a 34 year teacher you believe your setting an example for the future generation by killing other characters with weapons of chemical warfare? ......Son before you preach learn the rules of engagement and not talk the talk without walking the walk
Anyway at least you made 34 years of teaching props to you man ...a lot of teachers cant handle the pressure nowadays. Good luck bro.
34 yrs old.
I have walked the walk for 15 years. Part of Gulf and Bosnia. Been there done that. And the scary thing, I've seen a lot of those spoiled selfish attitudes come in the military. And it's even scarier to see the military coddle them. I believe in helping people, keyword HELP. But today's society enables people to continue in their destructive patterns.
Not a teacher yet, considering being an adjunct professor at local college. And after talking to friends in the profession, I'm thinking of doing the "adult" classes. The people going back to school seem to be more enthusiastic about being in class, and have much better etiquette as compared to those fresh out of high school and having their parents foot the bill.
Just come out and say it - you're a liberal.

Nope, I'm as far right wing as you can probably get with out falling off. Well maybe not, there are some kooks on way right, but I'm Conservative as it gets. SAVAGE NATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For those of you that listen to talk radio.
I am against government intervention to "help" people. I'm against affrimative action, I think that degrades the black community. I'm against welfare, I feel it enables the lazy to stay lazy. Thos are ALL LIBERAL programs. I'm for small government, let people decide what they do with money for schools. Free trade, but the government continually steps in and helps the companies that stick it to the people. They bailed the airlines out after the terroist attack. What did the companies do? They laid off thousands of people instead of firing the top exuctives that make MULTI millions of dollars plus stock options.
Liberal? don't think so.
And dude, I have nothing against you. But, I do have a lot against the way you talk down to everyone. I don't know if you were ever taught manners as a child. But this country is going to he77 in a hand basket because people don't give a rip about others. Manners go a long way, and more than that is tact. That is something that you will need being in the military. Knowing how to deal with those in leadership that think they know better. Being smart means nothing if you do not possess the skills to help others with that knowledge. [ October 06, 2002, 21:27: Message edited by: AndrewCow ]
