A chinook is a transport chopper, with 200/200 armor and health. Takes 2 hits from the ob, and repeated hits from the adv guard tower.

I don't have a clue, I've never heard of a "chnook" And the only thing remotly similair to it in the DICTIONARY is the following:

gangal's definition is out of context it seems...in the Renegade perspective anyhow.

Chinook is a Heavy Lift transport. It can transport 28 combat-loaded soldiers (lol if they implemented it) or two Hummers.

Chinook can also carry artillery pieces or light vehicles undereneath.

Als all US ARMY helicopters are named after Native American Tribes. The Chinook is the CH-47 and is a Twin Rotor 6 bladed twin engine transport used by the US Army.
