omigosh...heck with those helis, some people just wanna try out those helis and never use those old tactics again, dude, is that messed up or what??? when i was playin on a server, everyone bought helis so i couldn't apc rush in c&c_city_flying, that was freakin messed up, dang it, i had to wait until a heli blew up so i could get a apc and blow the heck out of their pp...hey newbies, don't always use those helis, they have low armour and everything, try using somethin else, like the old strategies to take out the pp or the refinery, duh...don't just get helis for fun. NOTE: usually, if u r in a heli, don't expect to be MVP...

When i want to APC rush but the limit is all messed with with Helis i try to talk sense into people. Then i wait and buy an APC. Then i proceed to ram each and every Orca/Apache that rolls out of the WFactory/Airstrip. Usually they tip over and blow up, the Orcas more so. Then they actually start buying tanks and APCs.

dude thats lame if you do that to your team. I know air vehicles facinate the noobs but they paid $900 dollars on it WHICH could have been spent on AA use or other ****-but why do that to your team? tell me your name So I don't play with you. Besides what if a person bought an orca/heli and knew how to use it and was going to nail their harvester or other structures? Well in destroying them they can't. I USE the orca/heli meaning I attack their harvester or shoot at a structure to set the warning off and when all the engies rush to repair it my teammates run in and **** ( yes I have organized it once) plus the chinook is **** useful for getting troops into the PP because it can take an obleisk hit and have about 100 health left- enough to land and blow their PP.

Don't hate heli's just because mostly n00bs use them. They can be **** useful, especially for warding off enemy tank attacks. Really, most people who fly them don't even know how to target the chaingun right. It's giving the people who can fly a bad name...

first off, players have the right to buy the a/c if they wish. they're new units and expect people to buy them often for now. eventually things will settle down and return to normal. secondly, there are some excellent pilots out there. a good pilot can wreak havoc(no pun intented) on the enemy. with their speed, they can be great tank busters, then fly off to do damage to the enemy's base. and third, they are a part of the team's arsenal and need to be taken into account, both offensively and defensively, and considered in any plans your team may make...

I got the patch a few days ago and I think its improved the game no end. Yes, i'm a relative newbie, but helis are cool when you get to give support to a few tanks. Also, one game i was playin started with 1000 so there was one huge dogfight to start then it returned to relatively normal. plus, if you're an engineer you can make loads of cash by offering repairs. it makes the game more frantic and more tense.

maybe not a lot of points but enough...i love sniping down the enemy apaches/orcas cause that'll teach them that snipers r better than apaches/orcas, i've been mvp by being a sniper more than 5 times already. dang it...i wish that those newbies don't keep the heli fights up...cause if they do...the team i'm in is goin' down...

I like the heli's in the game , to me just one more way to, attack , truthfully , I mostly only use infanatry , but I have fun shooting all my new targets down from across the map with my rifle.

And really folks, how are we supposed to get good at the Aircraft without trying them out? I'm more sick of people complaing about using them too much than I am that they are being used so much. And don't tell me to load the map into multi-player practice....there's nothing to shoot there!!!

Thats true , some people might eventually becaome really good with the heli's , and be more of an asset to the team , while other people will stop using them , but until then soldiers will rain from the sky as the heli gets blown up by my rifle

have u seen how bad people are with hellis? like ur a sniper on one of the towers and a heli is just about to land to repair, but he doesnt coz hes affraid your guna steal it...crazy people. Or they wont get out of there heli to buy a better unit or refill

I love those things, especially on C&C_Walls_Flying. If you get a laser trooper/gunner/pic/railgun/sniper up on top, you can EASILY completely destroy their helis. Gotten me mvp before, and cleared the way for the idiots in the helis on my team. Also, it's just cool to be able to snipe from up there.

Yeah I think I had the guy siFic oon my team the other day. It was the only time I wished that I could have fragged my team mate. Any way I have seen good hli tactis and bad ones. I just wish that before someone buys on ethat they sing out and ask just what they could buy to help win the game

I found a semi effective tactic the a gunship heli on walls it got me mvp , i just flew lower over to there base and flew between the wall and the cliff , that gap, and strafed all there buildings on runs tehn would repeat , or be repair , had only one heli the whole game and dropped some builds massively , also hovering on the weapons factory most people wont notice u right away and all those troopers wont take pot shoots at u , it worked for a couple mins , i was just fooling around with tactics , not much , but o well

They make great tank support though. If you have an heli hovering over you, down low, during a battle, they can prevent engies from planting c4 on you, give you warnings for incoming enemys and help wipe out mrls and what not that harras you. Again, they are best in concert with other vehicles. They make great apc rush support...
