I noticed that in some games that I play people don't seem to want to work together as a team at all and instead just do their own things and don't really care about winning or losing. It kind of disturbs me because I thought that this was the kind of game where teamwork was emphasized and the only time you can destroy a base by yourself is if you are playing against computer opponents. I know that games are supposed to be fun and far be it from me to tell someone how to play the game. If someone wants to be a sniper with four mammoths rushing the base and the Airstrip detsroyed then so be it if that kind of thing floats your boat. I just thought that I'd see a little more actual teamwork when the game came out than there is now, and I guess I'm disappointed because I was hoping to see communictaion in each match and tactics and strategies brewing on both sides to make the game more interesting, *sigh* oh well.

I have play'd games we people just seem to get along as a team , and goals get accomplished , but alot of the time people go off on their own , sadly, like i had i nice flame tank rush going and only 1 out of 4 people stay'd with me for it , needless to say we were total ripped to shreds , and failed , but other times a team of 4 would get in heli's and hit building quickly and before a defence could be mounted half their base was gone

I usually prefer to go at it on my own, but that's because I always buggie/hummrush with a techie/hotwire (or go on foot). I have had too many bad experiences with letting people join my ride. What usually happens is that I drive us into the base, we place our C4 and have plenty of time to sit back and wait the 20 seconds until it's time to detonate the remotes. And yet, my idiot teammate usually detonates his remote C4 right away, instantly alarming the entire enemy team of our position event if I with skills and luck managed to get us into the base unnoticed. I HATE THAT! The moment they get two intelligent Hotwires in there our cause is lost (any one enemy can be stopped from disarming no matter how good he is, but two Hotwires is worse than an army of Mobius chars when you're out of remotes and the pistol is your only weapon). So I go alone, and it almost always work out just fine.

I have just played some games where I was able to organized the team an dit lead to the quick down fall of 3 of the other teams buildings , I found it helps to organize your team if at the beganning of the game you start making plans and saving up for rushes. as we brought i transport in about five mins 4 people jumped in and i flew us to the power plant in city. Power down in six min. then we struck twice more dropping the barr and Weapoins fac. in under 8 min . so just try to establish control early on in the match it really helps with team work

Again I played on a couple games and i got my team working well together , and we droped there base , atleast until a few games later most of my guy were from gdi and new to the server , i could get one or two ot follow me but not many , but somehow we still dropped their base and won , ( 2 nuke becons by me helped alot  ) but i noticed that if u have mvp they tend to listen alittle better , some do just because u seem to know what u r doing .

You know you're going to do well when on maps without defenders, like volcano, you get nearly your entire team together rushing as infantry to the enemy base. If this rare event happens, whatever building you choose is toast, guaranteed. And, sometimes, this just happens spontaneously. The trick is, if you see two people going somewhere right off the bat...Follow them. Two is better than one....three is better than two...four is better yadda yadda yadda. Of course, SOMEONE has to stay on base D, or else your F'd.

Thanks for the input guys. For a second there I thought I was the only one who valued teamwork and so forth, mainly because every time I would say something like "hey guys lets use some teamwork and take down this base all togehter now." There would be silence to follow. Maybe I can get in a game with you guys some time away from these fools that seem to overpopulate the game

I like to play with teamwork a lot, but there are those times that I really don't care about winning. So I end up fooling around perhaps, like Chem trooper rushing, sniper and ect. But on the other hand, if someone really wants me to do a job for them like repair them, i'll go do that. And at other times, when I don't feel like fighting much, i'll go do recon or something else constructive. "Don't take life too seriously - you can't get out of it alive"

I hate whenteams dont work together i os so annoying , i had started organizing rushes but no one would listen to me 1 guy would go off by himself , it really becomes a mess if it is not organized quickly , then nod ran us down quickly we had 3 buildings left still but constantly under attack , i expected this cause it was hourglass, but 2 buildings in one rush , i was useing an apc to slow them down , but not enough , then my connection was lost, but people seemed to drop beck to defence, alot of team work happens then by following not so much talking , but it does get better
