Im getting really annoyed at these people who keep using refill so they can fill a room or vehicle with remote c4

LISTEN UP!!

REMOTE C4 WILL USE UP THE POSITIONS FOR PROXIMITY C4 - CUT IT OUT!

Thaaank you, come again!

Not quite... Sorry... Proxims have a 30 max and remotes have a seperate 30 max... They do not take away from each other's total...

Unless it was updated I will not believe this, i tested it out, there were 5 prox at my agt - i started placing tons of remote on the walls - eventually i got to the point the instant i placed the last 5 timed the 5 prox disappeared at that exact time.

(i did test this out before the patch so i dont know about now)

Of course, if you hand or barracks is gone, filling the base with remote c4 is a good idea. Just be sure to put a few around the pedestal to prevent beacon placement!

I believe that remote c-4 does count against the proximity mine count.

But here's an interesting strat. Let's say you just come into a game or that you're infantry/vehicle cash is low or the buildings are gone. Use timed C-4 when you think there will be an attack soon and just keep restocking and throwing it on the floor as fast as you can. Basically you make it difficult and intimidating for the enemy to get in the building. Strange, but sometimes effective, and what the hell else are you going to do unless you have enough for a beacon anyway.

i hate when that happens, also, i hate those guys who place all the mines in the hand of nod like its the only building in the game, its a pain when you have mined the whole base perfectly and some idiot puts 30 mines in one building or some guy mines the tunnels like thats the only place a black hand can get to the base! news flash1 the base has a front entrance! arrrrggghhhh
