Well first off I beleave that C4 only does enough dammage if place ON the MCT (but I could be wrong.)

2nd it would take to long.

3rd if your "friend" is a n00b he will detonate you on your way to their base to annoy you.

4th It would be hard to get to their base because they will be at least one person defendin.
