If the server default is "driver is gunner=yes" and you press q, the second person to enter your vehicle will control the gun once you press q it will allow them to fire the gun. To revoke this option simply press q again.. Thanks!

2 ways to fix this, 1. delete all the files in the westwood directory 2. Exit game when somebody jumps ito your vechicle

You just have to delete the controls file.. controls.cfg if I remember correctly.. then at the next start Ren will rewrite this file and put in the correct line for the Q key. You'll then have to remap your keys (if you need to) and save (if you want to), but just don't load an old command config from the Load in CONTROLS. -Shep

I deleted my intire config map (found in data) When you start renegade you need to re asign the keys but al teast it works  Thanks guys!
