You have to register at the WOLF forums and agree to our constitution, then you'll have access to the server. You can find the forums here: http://forum.wolfservers.com/

There is a bug with the boards right now. Chances are your registration went through, cause whenever you post anything there, you get that failure message.
Anyway, give it a few days and Hobbes will have it fixed, I'm sure.
