I don't use a keyboard. I have programmed my Strategic Commander (basically an additional- super gaming mouse), so that I play 1st person games with basically 2 mice, except the StratComm has 6 buttons on it, for crounch, jump, 180 turn, etc. Before this year, I never played a 1st person shooter, so I bought the hardware to assist me. I still don't have the jump/strafe/shoot skills a lot of these lifer-gamers have, which is why Renegade appeals to me (more than just point and shoot)

AD - Staff left and right WS - Forward and Backward Shift - crouch (I couldn't take C, I'm too used to half-life's CTRL has crouch) C - Walk Space - Jump
And I'm probably gonna change Y and possible T to talk all and team modes (same reason as Blazer has it, except for about ever FPS game he's played had those as the talk buttons)

o yea. but i mostly use the scoll on the mouse. kind of difficult to aim in such a fast chunky zoom but i only use it in dog fights. which is most of the time. i only use T and G for sniping points. maybe i can change F to F1 because i don't switch the third person much. yea that would be good. i'll do it now. any more custom keys?

I use Q and E for strafe isntead of the usual A and D because I am usually running fowards (w)...this way I just rest my 3 fingers on QWE and I am a strafing god

The only keys I have changed are to use the arrow keys to go forward, back, strafe left and strafe right respectively. I think I changed that anyway Also I changed my use key from e to pressing the mouse wheel.

what the adapter? nope. i ordered it from ebay. there were only 5 at the time i was bidding. it works great with my flying games and stuff. even the rumble thing works but not really well. at times it work right. can'tquite explain it. well the adapter connects to the USB port and the other end is for the PS controler.

i was just wondering cause i made my own, it is very tedious to make one.

how do you get it to work? did you add some kind of chip in there so that the comp reads the controler? that's what mines basically is. it has this flat little microchip inside a plastic case that makes it able to read and install.

got to:
PSX converter, N64....
Downeload dpadpr50.zip, this contains the drivers that i use to run the converter, it also contains diagrams to create other converters for consoles within the zip file. To create it you will need: an extension cord, 1 DB25 black shell, 1 25pin MALE DB 25 connector
