ARGH! again spammers p*ssing me off!!!!!!!

all i was saying in the game was:
"STOP SPAMMING! IF U NEED REPAIRS GIVE YOUR LOCATION NOT JUST SPAM IT OUT!"

at the time we were on C&C_mesa and he was getting shot by the agt when he was in the big tib field shouting to everyone "i need repairs"

What about you going to do about it? Lower the message limit to 4? 3? Make it so communication cannot be made in 15 second ranges?
