dont shot at infantry on way to the enemy base. it is quite possible those few men that u killed will respawn in the biulding u intend to attack.

Um. . . So let the Mendoza/Mobius's shoot you to bits? Or the LCGBH wear your armor thin? Let the Rocket soldiers and Gunners weaken you? Come on, defend yourself man!

I agree. Your best bet with APC rush is Not to stop for anything. Don't bother shooting at anything unless you really have to.

I just say you shouldn't go out of your way to kill some chum, because the first priority is to take out the building.

It depends entirely on the unit attacking you. If its a PIC, and you are reletivly close to your target, by all means make haste and go.
Keep in mind, if you are on GDI, the APC only has 300 health, and 300 armour I believe. The OB will be happy to take 300 of either away. Which means you can take 2 hits. If you are under attack from a PIC, or Mobius, then rush away from them, All you need is 300 hp/armour at the least in order to get into a Nod base.

This is why I always relinquish control of my gun to a passenger. they can spin around and shoot at infantry/choppers/whatever.
I will not STOP or try to RUN OVER anything, but a little suppression fire goes a long way.

hmmm yeah usually you should just run because they won't get back to base quick enough to beat you but sometimes if you have little health kill them. Then all the engys can jump out and give you a quick repair job. Emphasis on the quick if it take more then 10 seconds it's not worth it.

i agree, when i drive i high tail it to base and give the passenger control of the gun. Besides an apc can out run any infantry anways. they only thing i shoot at is a building that im not attacking.

I always kill infantry on the way to the base. I won't stop to do it, I shoot while driving, but I kill them because I am just mean like that. It doesn't really matter whether they are a threat or not.

if high-end characters are attacking you then yes "rip em a new one" but if they are busy with something else then no. Yet i never kill basic infants unless they get in my way.

I agree don't shoot unless you have to. If there is a FT (Flame Tank) in the way and your Nod let it go first. ![[Roll Eyes]](rolleyes.gif) What do you guys know you push the infantry around BE NICE AND CONSITRATE!!!!!!!

I always let the passenger shoot, or let a person drive my apc on account of my lag. When I do have to drive I check out the area first before rushing, who wants to rush into a base to see tanks waiting for you? And remember, never let the driver rush with lag unless you have too ![[Wink]](wink.gif) Lag is almost as deadly as the harvestor
