1. If you are particapating in the rush DO NOT ATTACK ANYTHING until you get to the target even if you see mammys and meds on the way to your base.
2. If you are not in the rush become an engineer or an ant-vehicle charcter and wait for the enemy. Your job is to keep the base up while GDI's goes up in smoke.
sounds easy but i have only seen one good st rush(unfortanely i was on the recieving end )

There are times when you should break off and attack.
Break off if you are spotted for any reason(stray bullet or blast close by) and they start to target you.
Not only do you draw the attention of the attacker; but you allow the others a chance to sneak in.

We managed to deal death to the GDI base on city_flying a short while ago, with only 4 stanks. Have some great screen shots of the "diamond formation" lol. It was fun, and shows how deadly they can be in co-ordinatedgroups.
Should also add that a short, unco-ordinated attack by a pair of apaches at the opposite side also helped.

Or if you are lucky enough 4 flame tanks and 4 stealth tanks. Especially on City where there are 2 ways in. Flamers go for Weapons Factory and/or Tiberium Refinery and the Stealths go for the Infantry Barracks and/or Power Plant. And vice versa.

Stealth tanks are way too underestimated...they'll kill a building just as fast as a flamer, FYI. But of course, everyone goes for the big, intimidating, laggy-as-hell flamer instead of the innocent looking shimmer running over them.
