That's not the case if the keys have been remapped, you could try telling them that Up is Jump and Down is Crouch. If they're too stupid to work that out, tell them that up is space and down is 'e' [Big Grin]

And it would probably be better to tell people to go into the options and choose Lock view to Turret so they don't have to hold down 3 keys while they're trying to shoot something.
