No, but i disagree on the ob being 100\% accurate, I walk in front of it all the time from the side and run back without getting hit to get a good snipe in.

Not always accurate
In City Flying, you buy an apache, be gunner and fly onto either one of high bldg at the side of NOD base, OB will fire at you, but no shoot can kill.

So...in that map and you are GDI standing on that bldg, OB is 100\% MISS
