I have seen the worst weapon but what is the best weapon for these 3 topics??
1)Infantry
2)Vehicles
3)Buildings
I like the flame-thrower for all the topics(for a close range weapon)

Best VS whatever? Ok, i'll try to give my opinion on both.
Infantry's Best gun [IMHO]: Tiberium Flechette Launcher
Vech's Best gun: Stealth Tank Missiles
Buildings best gun: Obby Ray
VS Infantry: Ramjet
VS Tanks: Laser ChainGun
VS Buildings: Rocket Launcher (Preferably Gunner's)

1. Laser Chain Rail Gun with sniper rifle distance
2. Same as above
3. Apach's nukes instead of regular missiles
XD
just kidding
1. 500 Dollar Sniper rifle
2. Depends on vehicle and team, PIC sydney/Mobius or Laser Chain Gunner/SBH with c4 (pretty dame reliable)
3. Timed c4/beacon

Flame Thrower infantry always scare the shi err...poop out of hords of GDI tanks in the middle of a rush on your base. The confussion makes cleaning up the tanks easy as pie=). Just run around and jump like an idiot, and keep the flame thrower of the armor, its really good against it =). Best Infantry killer? Ramjet, or flechlet, or, the pistol =). Building killer...hmm...Humvee?

Best infantry weapon vs:
Infantry:
1: up close: GDI, tiberium flechette gun. Nod, stealth rifle. Both, proximity mines.
2: at range: Sniper rifle or ramjet rifle
Vehicle:
1: up close: GDI, voltgun. Nod, laser chain gun. Both, C4.
2: at range: GDI, gunners rocket launcher. Nod, railgun.
Buildings:
1: up close: C4
2: at range: voltgun
Best vehicle weapon vs:
Infantry: GDI, Mammoth Tank Missile. Nod, Light tank cannon(if aimed properly)
Vehicle: GDI, Mobile Rocket Launcher. Nod, Artillary at range or flame tank up close.
Building: GDI, Mobile Rocket Launcher. Nod, flame tank.

I like chain gun for best al around has longest range of energy weps, good against vecs and infantry and ok against buildings when hitting MCT
